Korean Barbecue Bison Steak

Ingredients:

1/8 cup soy sauce

1/8 cup Maggi sauce
1 Asian pear cored, peeled and diced
4 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 1/2 tablespoons chili paste (I'm down with Sambal Oelex brand)
1 bunch green onions chopped (bulbs included)
1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
A salt bae sprinkle (dash) of freshly ground black pepper

(makes enough marinade for about 2 1/2 lbs of meat)

Directions:

Throw the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth AF. Place meat and marinade in ziplock bag and let marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Place steaks on a hot grill for 5-6 minutes. Flip that meat and continue to get your grill on for another 3-5 minutes for medium rare, 5-7 minutes for medium, and 8-30 minutes for "damn this steak is tough and dry".

Remove from heat and loosely tent with foil. Don't actually let the foil touch the meat cause apparently now aluminum foil will kill you :( . Let rest five minutes and then enjoy.
