Pickled Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
4 bay leaves
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Fresno peppers sliced
1/2 habanero pepper sliced
1/4 cup capers with their juices
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 pounds cooked and peeled shrimp
Directions
Take all this stuff. Put it in a ziplock bag. Massage
it.Throw it in the fridge for 24hrs. Remove from
said fridge. Enjoy. Thank me.
