Lobster Tacos with Habanero Mango Salsa


Mango Salsa

1 mango, peeled and diced
1 habanero diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon diced red onion
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper


Combine the mango, habanero, cilantro, red onion, cumin and honey and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.


1 pound lobster tails

2 cloves minced garlic

2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning

1/4 cup olive oil

Dice the lobster meat into 1/2-inch pieces season with the Old Bay and set aside.


Set a 10-inch saute pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.  Once the olive oil is warm add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Saute the lobster until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove the lobster and place in warmed corn tortillas. Top with mango salsa Sriracha and cilantro.  Eat and do a sweet little lobster dance.
